The airport has been managed by Edeis since the 29th December 2012, within the framework of a public service delegation contract.

EDEIS, FRENCH LEADER OF AIRPORT OPERATIONS

We manage and develop local authority airport and port infrastructure all over Europe.

Edeis took over all activities run by the SNC-Lavalin SAS group in France and in Monaco on the 30th December 2016.

Edeis was the fruit of a partnership between the French holding company Impact Holding and the French investment fund Ciclad.

The infrastructure management activities encompass:

The 19 airports:

Aix-les-Milles, Annecy Mont Blanc, Auxerre Branches, Bourges, Castellon (Spain), Châlon Champforgeuil, Cherbourg Maupertus, Dijon Bourgogne, Le Havre Octeville, Mayotte, Nîmes Alès Camargue Cévennes, Reims, Saint Martin Grand Case, Tarbes Lourdes Pyrénées, Toulouse Francazal, Tours Val de Loire, Troyes, Vannes Gulf of Morbihan;

The EDEIS teams were selected as part of the transfer of property of airports from the state to territorial authorities, this was achieved by creating Public Service Contracts for the airports in France. Since 2008, this model has significantly evolved. In nine years, we have increased the number of airports managed from one to 19, as well as one marina and a tourist train also under our management.

Our team has therefore developed a very unique level of expertise in supporting local authorities in their policies of promoting their regions. The Group has become a true partner to French public powers, working side by side with them to promote regional economic development.
